Refunds

By purchasing any service — including but not limited to tarot readings, life coaching sessions, mentalism sessions, or memberships — you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Immediate Service Consent:

You request that your session, reading, or membership access begins immediately after purchase. By doing so, you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as the service begins before the end of that period.

2. Nature of the Services:

All services (tarot readings, coaching, and mentalism) are intuitive, spiritual, and personal-development experiences designed for insight, guidance, and reflection. They are not medical, financial, or legal advice, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

3. Refunds:

Once a reading, session, or membership has started or been delivered — in full or in part — no refunds are available.

If you purchase but do not schedule or begin your session, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund.

4. Memberships & Subscriptions:

Membership payments are non-refundable once access to materials or sessions has begun. You may cancel future renewals at any time.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and exceptional situations may occasionally arise. If you believe your circumstances warrant a special consideration beyond our standard refund policy, you are welcome to contact our compassionate support team at realpowerclub@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase.

Please note that while every request will be reviewed with care and fairness, refunds are not guaranteed if the return or cancellation policy has not been followed or if the service has already commenced or been delivered.
