Membership Cancellation

Appointment Policy
Before purchasing any service, please first schedule availability. Only after confirming an appointment should payment be made, unless there is an option to book the appointment directly through our website at checkout.

You may cancel or reschedule appointments with us. Rescheduling is subject to availability and can only be made for dates where an opening is offered. If you choose to cancel an appointment, please refer to our refund policy for the applicable terms and conditions.

Please be advised that if we cancel your session or any previously purchased services, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
